Shilling categories were based on price per hogshead (54 Imperial gallons) during the 19th century in Scotland.  Our 70 Shilling has medium malty sweetness, low hop character and mild caramel notes leading to a clean dry finish. Aged for 3 months in a Ryan and Wood Whiskey Barrel to give it unique and wonderful flavors.

8.2% ABV, 37 IBU’S

Fisherman’s Dubbel is a Belgian-style Abbey ale, in the grand tradition of the many fishing monks before us, aboard our floating monastery. Sautéed to perfection over the course of five hours this beer has a full body with some slight phenolic notes and hints of dark fruit. A mild hop aroma with no lingering notes of bitterness and a sweet finish. Take your time, relax and enjoy this unique offering.

5.9 ABV  16 IBU’S

Fisherman’s Witows Walk is a Kristall Wit; brewed in the style of a Witbier but clarified to remove the usual haze of a Witbier (Kristall is German for Crystal, signifying clarity). This light amber beer is very refreshing with an upfront orange flavor and nose finished with hints of coriander and spice. With a slightly higher ABV this beer will warm you up on these cold fall nights.

4.45% ABV, 31.7 IBU’S

Fisherman’s Not Your Ordinary Bitter is a medium bodied, light copper colored ale. The lightest of the bitters, Ordinary Bitters are sometimes known as a summer bitter. We first wort hopped this beer with East Kent Goldings to give it a crisp clean hop finish with a light grassy aroma. This beer is a nice refreshing remedy for those hot summer afternoons.

Hops: Fuggle, East Kent Golding

Adjuncts: Belgian Candy Sugar

9.0% ABV, 124 IBU’s

The mother of all hoppy beers, the Double-IPA is loved by many and feared by more. Going against our mission to make balanced beers, the Greenhorn is our best attempt to stay on course in a style that is anything but balance. Slightly sweet, and extremely bitter, it has a beautiful grapefruit aroma that bursts through from the Simcoe hops, the dominant hop in this beer. Give it a try, it promises to be a beer you don’t soon forget.

5.5% ABV, 17 IBU’S

A Wheat beer aged 7 months to achieve a sour tartness, and then blended with raspberries for 2 weeks.  Light on the palate with a clean sourness, this beer finishes with a tart raspberry sweetness.

4.1% ABV, 15.5 IBU’S

Witbier or white beer is a top fermented wheat beer originating from Belgium and the Netherlands.  This light and refreshing beer is brewed with coriander and bitter orange peel, offering a light hop kick at the finish. In our opinion, it’s a perfect beer to enjoy under the sun with friends.

5.1%, 35 IBU’S

This traditional Red Ale profiles a nice balance of malty sweetness from 6 different styles of malt, a deep red amber color and a crisp, light hoppy character from 4 separate hop additions.

5.6%ABV, 19 IBU’S

Our Extra Special Bitter, an English style Pale Ale, displays clear copper color, a faint caramelly malt sweetness and moderate hop character. Medium bodied with a crisp, smooth finish, this truly represents an old world style.

4% ABV, 31 IBU’S

Aggressively hopped with Cascade hops, this pale ale is distinctly bitter with hints of pine and grapefruit which are hidden behind a smooth smokiness. Named in honor of Jeremy’s dog, enjoy a Bubba’s Brew.

6.5% ABV, 22 IBU’S

Brewed with 150 lbs. of surf clam shells, this robust porter is full bodied with moderate malt flavors and a roasty dryness in the finish.

5.5% ABV, 14 IBU’S

A truly unique beer which started as an original home brew recipe, brewed with fresh cucumbers, this light bodied ale has subtle hints of melon and finishes crisp and clean.  Dedicated to our head brewer Dylan “Pickle” L’Abbe-Lindquist, this beer defines brewing outside the box!

4.5% ABV, 24 IBU’S

Our spin on a traditional farmhouse ale, brewed with pink peppercorns and dry hopped with five pounds of fresh crushed lemongrass.  This wheat beer is a light refreshing take on a classic style.

5.4% ABV, 15 IBU’S

Brewed with jalapeno and habanero chilies, this medium bodied stout starts out smooth and finishes with a crisp spicy bite in the back of the throat.

11% ABV, 43 IBU’S

With more fruity notes than the regular Imperial Pumpkin stout, we added a reduction of 24 lbs of figs and 24 lbs of dates, giving this beer almost a cloyingly malty sweetness.  Sit back, relax and enjoy this sipping beer.

5.5% ABV, 17 IBU’s

Meaning ‘Dark Wheat”, the Dunkel is similar to the Bavarian Wheat. Though the esters are still present offering up the sweet banana flavors, the addition of Chocolate malt gives some roasted chocolate notes.
